Apologies if Lindsay has already emailed you regarding the rent increase but I just wanted to make sure you were clear that we do wish to proceed to a rent increase from $340 pw. to $355 pw and also realise that 60 days notice must be given to the tenants.
We would also like to thank you for managing our property and to thank you (Integrity) for the Inspection Report post the last routine inspection of 8th March 2010.
I think we all agreed that there were a couple of things that needed some attention and that overall the house was looking OK if not a little shabby. We would appreciate the tenants have a difficult job raising a child with a disability but would ask that they give some attention to the tidying of the garden - ie - a little bit of pruning to keep bushes in check and perhaps the weeds under control.
Again, we thank you for your attention to these things and thank you for your professional management of our investment/retirement property.

Keep in touch over the next few weeks, as details fall into place. We will probably settle in mid January, and then will look forward to seeing you at St Georges Basin sometime when you are down that way.

On behalf of Sharon and myself, I would like to thank you and Leah for your efforts with 5 Forest park rd, during the time it has been leased through Integrity.
I will be visiting Nowra for a fleeting visit this weekend, however, I will not arrive in Nowra until after closing time for Integrity. As such I have arranged for Rebecca Hyam to pick the keys/garage remote on my behalf Fri afternoon, 02 Sep 11.
If there is any paperwork etc, I need to sign please let me know.
