Ashleigh, was very personable, efficient, honest and accommodating. I believe the vendor was not up front concerning the area of the property for sale, but on meeting with Ashleigh on zoom, she Immediately informed us about the discrepancy. Due to COVID, we only met with her once at the property and she was delightful, informative and allowed us space to explore the property. Ashleigh always responded to text, phone or email appropriately and promptly. Her communication was excellent.
