Kelly was very obliging and contacted the owner immediately as we were about to put in a bid for another property but we preferred the one Kelly was showing us. She managed to get a response to us within the hour so that we were able to withdraw our bid on the first property and close a timely deal with Kelly's property. Full marks to Kelly!
